How do I access IMS Knowledge Link?
 
IMS Knowledge Link can be used on standard browsers without any additions or upgrades. Access to IMS Knowledge Link is password-protected and a password retention facility is available.
 
An annual subscription fee should be paid to access the service. Subscriptions can start at any point during the year.
 
The subscription fee includes:

  • IMS Knowledge Link integration tool
     
  • optional access to various underlying IMS databases:
    - IMS R&D Focus (R&D pipelines)
    - IMS World Review (sales data)
    - IMS World Review Analyst (sales data)
    - IMS Company Profiles (company information)
    - IMS Patent Focus (patent information)
    - IMS R&D Focus Drug News (weekly news via PDF version)
     
  • technical and data support delivered by the IMS Health Service Centre, open from 7.00hrs to 23.00hrs (GMT) Monday to Friday
